We've added #hashtags as a column option in the matter list and a whole bunch of improvements to our email notifications.

We've made some pretty awesome improvements to Xakia, so let’s get to it!

🌟 Improvement: #Hashtags is now a column option in the matter list view

Filtering matters by hashtags is now made easier with the option to include it as a column within the matter list view. Hashtags are available for filtering from the description, status notes, tasks and key date fields.

To add hashtags as a column option in the matter list view, click on the ‘Actions’ button in the top right hand corner of the screen, tick ‘Hashtags’ from the list and save. Please note you can select up to 5 columns from the list. You can use the filter under the heading to refine your list.

🌟 Improvement: Notification emails

We’ve made a small improvement to our notification emails to save you time and improve usability.

• Discussion and status note notification emails for internal clients will now link directly to the appropriate tab
• Notifications for contract key dates – email link will take you direct to the relevant contract in Xakia
• The matter name has been added to discussion notification emails
