When you use Legal Intake, your business users will automatically receive notifications when:

• They submit a request and the request has been received by the internal team
• The request is assigned to a Xakia user and saved as a matter
• The matter is completed

You can control the notifications they receive here:

• Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
• Click on 'Notifications' on the left navigation bar
• Click on the 'Legal Intake Notifications' tab
• Review the list of legal intake requests which have been activated
• Uncheck the notifications you do not wish your internal clients to receive
• Click 'Save' in the top right hand corner of the screen
