When you use Legal Intake, your business users will automatically receive notifications when:
- They submit a request and the request has been received by the internal team
- The request is assigned to a Xakia user and saved as a matter
- The matter is completed
You can control the notifications they receive here:
- Click on 'Admin' in the top navigation menu
- Click on 'Notifications' on the left navigation bar
- Click on the 'Legal Intake Notifications' tab
- Review the list of legal intake requests which have been activated
- Uncheck the notifications you do not wish your internal clients to receive
- Click 'Save' in the top right hand corner of the screen
