Use the 'Intake' dashboard to get a clear view of legal requests currently being managed by your Legal Department.

Accessing the Intake dashboard
To access the Intake dashboard:
- Click on 'Analytics' in the top navigation menu
- Select 'Dashboards' from the drop-down menu
- Click on ‘Intake’
About the Intake dashboard
This dashboard details:
- Total number of requests received by the legal team over a defined period
- Rejected requests
- Pending requests
- Average time to assignment to a legal team member
- Average turnaround time (days to completion)
- A list of requests
You can further analyze requests based on:
- Category
- Sub-category
- Request status
- Division
- Sub-division
- Request type
- Priority/risk
- Size
As legal requests become matters, the ‘Intake’ dashboard will give you a clear view of all those matters broken down by status, including:
- Matters pending
- Matters in progress
- Matters awaiting action
- Matters completed
- Matters cancelled
Using the filters
This interactive dashboard allows you to apply various filters to get the exact view you require.
Simply click on the filters icon in the top left hand corner of the screen and a slide-out will appear where you can apply further filters and adjust settings where appropriate. Filters/settings options include:
- Date range / time interval
- Chart type
- Inclusion/exclusion of weekends
Once a filter has been applied, the dashboard can be reset at any time by clicking on the 'Reset Filters' cross in the top left hand corner of the dashboard.
Top tip: Your personal preferences in terms of filters and views are sticky. This means when you access that dashboard again in the future, Xakia remembers your preferred settings and displays the dashboard based on the last filters that you applied.
