Using the filters
This interactive dashboard lets you apply various filters to get the exact view you require. Simply click on the filters icon in the top left hand corner of the screen and a slide-out will appear where you can apply further filters and adjust settings where appropriate. Filters/settings options include:
- Include/exclude completed matters
- Timeline filters allowing you to analyze spend based on specific months, quarters or year periods
- Include/exclude any combination of professional fees, disbursements, adjustments and tax
- Show/redact/hide confidential matters
- Hide matter names
Once a filter has been applied, the dashboard can be reset at any time by clicking on the 'Reset Filters' cross in the top left hand corner of the dashboard.
Top tip: Your personal preferences in terms of filters and views are sticky. This means when you access that dashboard again in the future, Xakia remembers your preferred settings and displays the dashboard based on the last filters that you applied.
