The Internal Client Portal Homepage

Everything you need to manage your legal activity — approvals, request status, and quick answers — starts right here!

The Internal Client Portal homepage gives you a single starting point for all your legal activity. From here you can quickly take action on outstanding approvals, check the status of your requests, and find answers to common questions — all without navigating through menus.

How it works

The homepage is made up of two main areas: a set of action tiles that link to your most important tasks, and a Frequently Asked Questions panel where your legal team publishes guidance and answers to common queries.

Note: The welcome message and introductory text on the homepage are customized by your legal team. The content you see will reflect your organization's specific setup.


Navigate to the Homepage

Select Home from the left-hand navigation menu. The homepage is also the default screen when you first log in to the portal.


Action tiles

The homepage displays up to four action tiles, each showing a live count of your current activity. Select any tile to go directly to that area of the portal.

  • Submit a Legal Request — opens the new request form so you can submit a matter to the legal team.

  • Action Outstanding Approvals — shows how many approvals are waiting for your attention and takes you directly to them.

  • Review Existing Legal Requests — shows your total number of active requests and opens your My Requests list.

  • Track My Contracts — takes you to My Contracts, where you can view and manage your contracts


Frequently Asked Questions Panel

The FAQ panel on the right-hand side of the homepage surfaces articles published by your legal team. Articles are grouped into categories, and you can use the keyword filter to find what you need quickly.

  • Browse the categories listed in the panel to find relevant articles.

  • Use the Filter by keyword search box to narrow results by topic.

  • Select any article title to open and read it in full
