My Contracts in the Internal Client Portal

My Contracts gives you a consolidated view of all the contracts where you are listed as a contract owner, requestor or follower, accessible directly from the Internal Client Portal.

Navigate to My Contracts

Select My Contracts from the left-hand navigation menu.


The Contract List

My Contracts displays all contracts where you are contract owner, requestor or follower. Each row shows the contract number, status, and contract name alongside any optional columns you have selected. Select any row to open the full contract record.

  • No β€” the unique contract number.

  • Status β€” the current lifecycle status of the contract, such as Scoping, Executed, or Expired.

  • Contract Name β€” the name of the contract. Confidential contracts display a lock icon in place of the name.

Up to four additional columns can be displayed alongside these fixed columns. Your column selection is saved between sessions.


Customizing your columns

Select Edit Columns in the top-right corner of the page to choose which columns to display.

You can select up to four columns from the list below.

  • Annual Value

  • Auto-renew

  • Contract Owners

  • Contract Value

  • Contract Type

  • Counterparties

  • Division

  • End Date

  • Entities

  • Governing Law

  • Groups

  • Hashtags

  • Importance

  • Key Terms

  • Start Date

  • Total Value

Note: Changing your column selection will reset any filters you have applied to the list.

Filtering and searching

Each column header includes a filter control. Use these to narrow the contract list by status, contract name, contract type, or any other displayed column. Filters can be used together to refine your results further.
