Viewing Contract Details on a Request

All the contract essentials, right where you'd expect them.

The Contracts tab within a legal request gives you a summary of any contract linked to that request, including contract value, key lifecycle dates, and the current status of approval and signing workflows.

Note: The level of information visible to you on the Contracts tab depends on your user access. Contracts Only and Xakia users will see additional options, including the ability to view the full contract record and manage workflows directly.


Navigate to the Contracts tab

Select My Requests from the left-hand navigation menu. Open a request, then select the Contracts tab.


Contract details

Each contract linked to the request is displayed as a card showing the following information.

  • Contract name and number — the contract identifier and title, along with its current status (for example, Seeking Approval or Executed).

  • Division and Contract Type — the business division associated with the contract and its contract type.

  • Contract Owners — the Xakia users responsible for managing the contract.

  • Contract Value — the total value and annual value of the contract, along with whether it is classified as revenue or expense.

  • Lifecycle Overview — the importance level, start date, and end date of the contract.


Workflows

Below the contract details, the Workflows section shows the current state of any approval or signing workflows associated with the contract. Each workflow displays the approvers in sequence and their current status.

Note: The View Full Contract Record, Approval Workflow, and Signing Workflow buttons are only available to Contracts Only and Xakia users. These options are not visible to standard Internal Client Portal users.
