Get an Executive Summary of risk and a Playbook Scorecard you can scan at a
glance.
Automatically extract Key term details — parties, governing law, key dates, liability and more — from the document.
How it works
Open a document in Word, activate the Xakia Add-In, and switch to the Review tab. Configure the review — who you're acting for, how strict the review should be, what to compare against, and which Playbook to use — then click Analyze. The AI walks the document clause by clause and presents the results in two views:
Playbook View — organized by the structure of your Playbook, with Assessment and Evidence on every clause.
Issues Only — every detected issue across every selected lens, listed in document order so you can work through the document top to bottom.
Each issue carries a suggested replacement that you can apply as a redline, drop as a comment, or ignore.
Getting started
Open your document in Word and activate the Xakia Add-In.
Switch from the Document tab to the Review tab.
Configure your review and click Analyze.
Review the results in either the Playbook View or Issues Only view.
Apply, comment on, or ignore each suggested change.
Tip! The Document tab is unchanged — you can still save documents to a Xakia matter from there exactly as before. The Review tab is an addition, not a replacement.
