Xakia MCP is available on the All-In subscription level and AI must be enabled by an Admin.
The Xakia MCP Connector lets your team ask Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Gemini about matters, contracts, key dates, documents and Playbooks, and get answers from your own Xakia data. It’s read-only, so any changes still get made in Xakia.
Turn on the Xakia MCP Connector
MCP is off by default for every location. Users can’t connect until an Administrator turns it on.
Turn on AI. Go to Admin › AI Settings and switch on AI Enabled. MCP doesn’t work unless AI Enabled is on.
Open the MCP tab.
Switch on MCP Enabled.
Choose who can connect. In Who can access MCP, pick Admin Users or Everyone. It’s set to Admin Users until you change it.
Changes save automatically. You can switch the connector off, or limit it to Admin Users, at any time, and changes reach new requests within about a minute.
Supported AI applications
Your team can use the connector with Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot Studio or Gemini. Claude Code isn’t supported at the moment. Your organization’s use of each AI application is covered by your own agreement with its provider.
Requirements
The connector needs the All-In plan and Claude Desktop. Claude Code isn’t supported at the moment. Your organization’s use of Claude is covered by your own agreement with Anthropic.
What your team sees
Once the connector is on, your team adds Xakia to their AI application and signs in with their usual Xakia credentials. They see only what they can already see in Xakia. Each AI application has its own setup article:
Claude: Set Up the Xakia MCP Connector in Claude or Manually Configure the Xakia MCP Connector in Claude.
Microsoft Copilot Studio: Add the Xakia MCP Connector to Microsoft Copilot Studio
